Returns Policy

Our policy on returns and refunds for our products

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition. If you believe that the item is defective, this returns policy does not apply as all of our gloves come with a 1 year limited warranty. The terms of that warranty can be found on our website or on the warranty information sheet included in the box.

To initiate a return, please contact us using either the contact form on our website, or by emailing contact@brightsignglove.com. You will need to provide us with your unique glove ID, shown on the warrant information sheet.

Please inform us at this stage if you would prefer to exchange your glove for one for a different hand or size, as opposed to receiving a refund.

The Returns Process

After we have received your request for a return, we will send you a link to pay for a return label as well as a return confirmation document - both of these will need to be printed. The return shipment will be fully tracked and insured. The glove and accessories must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging with our return confirmation enclosed.

We will process your returned item within 14 days of receiving it and inform you of the outcome:

If the item is received in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling costs).

If the item or its accessories are not damaged but require cleaning in order to be restocked, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price less a cleaning and restocking fee of £45.

If the item or its accessories are damaged, either functionally or cosmetically, we will not issue a refund and will contact you regarding your options. Based on your response, the item will then either be returned to you at your own expense, or disposed of by BrightSign. If no response is received within 7 further days, the item will be disposed of by default.

Other Terms

There are some other reasons as to why we might not be able to accept your request for a return. We are unable to accept returns for products that:

  • Have been bought as refurbished rather than new

  • Have been bought through a reseller or approved regional distributor (you should return your glove to them, based on their returns policy)

  • Have been received by you more than 14 days prior to the return request (according to the original shipment tracking)

If a glove has been bought on sale, we will refund the price paid by you at the time of the sale, not the full price.

If a glove has been bought from us where a bulk discount has been applied (any order where a discount has been applied due to the number of gloves being ordered), we will refund the price of one glove with the discount applied.
