New Updates in v2.1.6: Localisation, Fingers-Only Calibration, and More! 👩🏻💻🙌🏼

Bonjour, Guten Tag, and Barev Dzez to all our beloved BrightSign users! It's always a thrill to bring you good news, and today is no different. We have been working on a brand-new update that's all about making your user experience simpler and more inclusive. So, without further ado, let's dive into what we’ve been up to.
Localisations
Starting off with our headline news, BrightSign is now fully localised for French, German, and Armenian users! That's right, all the instructions, settings, and everything in between will now appear in your device's language setting. Now, isn't that just très bien, wunderbar, or lav, depending on where you're from?
We owe a huge shout-out to the Disability Rights Agenda in Armenia who helped us make our app available in Armenian. They are true trailblazers in their mission to eradicate disability-based discrimination. Give them a look at dra.am and show them some love!

Fingers-Only Calibration
In more exciting news, we've revamped our calibration process. BrightSign is now introducing Fingers-Only Calibration. No more cumbersome hand movements needed! The new calibration does not require you to rotate your whole forearm and wrist. This allows for easier calibration, especially for users with restricted mobility in their wrists or arms. You simply need to scrunch up and stretch out your fingers to the best of your abilities, and BrightSign will adapt to your level of mobility.
Update Notifications
We know how much you love staying in the loop, so we're introducing Update Notifications. You'll be notified right within the app whenever there's a new update. This means you'll always be the first to know what's new and improved and ensures you get access to all our shiny new features right away.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Lastly, we've been zapping some bugs and making other more minor improvements. With this update, you can delete your data from your device by logging out of your account right from within the app, no need to uninstall or delete app data manually. We've patched up a pesky sign-up processing error. Plus, we've improved our on-screen calibration instructions and updated our localisation file to provide clearer contexts for translators.
